What Was Wrong: old age, leaking
What We Did: Power washed 3300 psi power was to insure surface was acceptable for coating application, replaced screws with oversized fasteners, seam sealed all vertical and horizontal seams and fasteners. We used a metal coating format solvent based over metal. Comes with a 20 year warranty.
